A Heritage Built through Households
We believe that the home is the foundation of faith. Martin Luther taught that parents are the first and most important teachers of their children. As he wrote, “Father and Mother are apostles, bishops, and priests to their children.”
What children learn at home carries throughout their lives, shaping who they become—not just as individuals, but as members of families, communities, and nations. From simple lessons of kindness to the deep truths of God’s Word, the habits and values nurtured in the household stay with children forever. For Luther, the greatest blessing a parent can give a child is a home full of Scripture, where discipline is guided by care, and where faith is modeled in everyday moments.
Katharina von Bora, Luther’s wife, brought this teaching to life. She managed the household with warmth and creativity. Katharina cared for their children as well as Luther’s many students, and made their home a place of learning, hospitality, and faith. Together, the Luthers showed that raising God-fearing children is a labor of love and intentionality.
Christ Every Day, in Every Home
Little Reformer brings the wisdom of the Luther home to modern families through toys, books, and everyday essentials that nurture faith, curiosity, and character—teaching children to love God, think deeply about Scripture, and grow in courage and conviction. Here, faith and fun go hand in hand.
Every product is designed to support parents in their sacred calling, to make learning and growing in faith part of everyday life. As Luther reminded us, faith isn’t just for Sundays—it’s for the dinner table, the playground, the bedtime story, and every small moment in between.
“Even if I knew that tomorrow the world would go to pieces, I would still plant my apple tree.”—Martin Luther
This is our inspiration—small acts today plant seeds of faith, hope, and love for tomorrow and generations to come.
